How to get an ekokoncept house?
A. MODEL OF A HOUSE: What kind of house do you want? Contemporary, lamellar, classic, gable roof, a daring house in a slope, ... Choose your model from our catalog of houses or send us your requirements and preferences.
B. LOCATION AND ADVICE: Contact us and arrange a meeting! Our consultants are fully dedicated to finding a house plan that will match your needs. Think about your future home, the number of floors, number of bedrooms, bathrooms, possible basement, facade... Send us your location information and we will inspect your plot for building purposes.
C. PROJECT: After preliminary discussions, we will prepare a plan of your house or, according to the agreement, prepare the project for a building permit.
D. PREPARATION AND PRODUCTION: When the house obtains all relevant permits, plans shall be sent to production. Our prefabricated houses are mainly produced in Slovenia, except for certain components that we import from our partners abroad. This stage lasts from 1-3 months, during his period we prepare the ground at the site.
E. ASSEMBLY: The house is transported from the production and assembled at the site. Smaller units, like the wooden pavilions are transported in one piece.
F. FINISHING WORKS: Our services may be extended to designing your interior to the agreed stage.
Throughout the entire process our designers and construction team will be at your service.
